Abattoir

Our abattoir consists of 2 slaughtering lines for sheep and cattle. With capacity to produce over 1000 sheep and 120 cattle carcasses per shift. 

The slaughterhouse is equipped with 5 cold storages for carcasses, 3 blast freezers for meat, separate cold storages for variety meats, and 2 separate blast freezers for variety meats.

With Deboning hall and packing stations fully operable, we are able to provide for specific orders made by customers.

Canned meats, bone and blood meals, by products, and individual packings will be introduced soon.

With an environmental view in our minds, when designing the slaughterhouse, we have built a state-of-the-art rendering plant.

Our rendering plant has the ability to use 98% of animal waste.
